Kakheti is Georgia’s most famous wine region and the cradle of Georgian agriculture. Kakhetian oil is an unfiltered, cold-pressed sunflower oil that retains all its natural nutrients, vitamins and rich aroma thanks to gentle processing. Its flavour is full and nutty with subtly sweet notes and a beautiful golden-brown colour – in Georgian cuisine it plays the role olive oil plays in the Mediterranean.
