Delivery Times
Czech Republic and Slovakia: The average delivery time is 1–3 business days from dispatch, depending on the chosen carrier.
Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not included in the delivery time.
To ensure the safety of your goods during transit, larger orders may be shipped in two or more packages. This will not affect the shipping costs. Please note that in this case, you will need to accept all packages in the shipment. The carrier will inform you about all packages via email or SMS.

Personal Pick-up at the Warehouse
By arrangement (after preparation is confirmed). Goods must be ordered in advance via the e-shop.
Warehouse address: Jiřice 3, 289 22 Jiřice. The warehouse is open from 7:00 to 15:00. Browsing goods or paying on-site is not possible.

Shipping to Other EU Countries
We are happy to deliver our products to end customers (for personal consumption) anywhere within the European Union. However, due to European legislation and the specifics of international shipping, there are certain restrictions on selected assortments and a different procedure for placing an order.
📧 How to order goods to another EU country: For orders with delivery outside the Czech Republic, please contact us directly via email. Include in your message what goods you are interested in and the delivery address. We will then send you an individual calculation of the shipping costs based on the package weight and destination.
✅ What we will gladly ship to the EU: We ship all non-alcoholic products across the entire EU without any restrictions. You can seamlessly order our traditional spices, sweets, and other delicacies.
❌ What we do not ship to other EU countries: Due to strict rules regarding the alcohol excise tax and other cross-border legislative requirements, we do not deliver wines, brandy, or other alcoholic beverages to other EU member states.
Shipping alcohol to end consumers abroad requires registration and the payment of excise tax in the destination country, which is administratively unfeasible for standard piece shipments.
If you are interested in shipping permitted goods abroad, please write to us an e-mail and we will gladly process your order individually. Thank you for your understanding.
Fragile Goods
If an order contains a larger quantity of fragile goods, we pack the order into multiple cartons to ensure safe delivery. The customer can expect several packages within a single order. You do not pay extra for multiple deliveries.
We use high-quality packaging and fillings for wine bottles and other fragile goods. Here we describe the order packaging process and show an example of how we pack fragile goods.
Important: In case of shipping damage, our customers have free insurance, which ensures a new package is sent immediately after the incident is reported.

⚠️ Important notice regarding the acceptance of shipments
Every shipped order is legally binding. Failure to collect a shipment (both cash on delivery and prepaid) is not a cancellation of the order, but a breach of the purchase contract pursuant to Section 2118 of the Czech Civil Code (NOZ). The goods are always secured in the box and fully prepared for safe transport, and we immediately hand over the shipments to external logistics. In the event of non-collection, we incur real expenses and are entitled to claim from the buyer the costs of shipping both ways, including packaging and handling fees.
All payments are processed via an encrypted SSL connection. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
