Tarhun is a traditional soft drink beloved across Eastern Europe and the Caucasus, flavoured with tarragon (Georgian “tarkhun”) – an herb from the wormwood family with a distinctive, slightly aniseed, faintly sweet aroma. The lemonade’s signature emerald-green colour traditionally came from the herb itself, or an added colouring – it’s a drink with real character, quite different from ordinary fruit lemonades, and one that either wins you over on the first sip or becomes a discovery you grow to love.

This version from Borjomi pairs natural tarragon flavour with mineral water from the Borjomi gorge – a light, sparkling, refreshing drink, ideal for hot days.

Ingredients: Borjomi natural mineral water (carbonated), sugar, citric acid, natural tarhun (tarragon) flavour, food colouring (copper complexes of chlorophyllins – E141).

• Tarragon (tarhun) flavour – herbal, with a hint of aniseed.
• Best served well chilled, lightly sparkling, perfect single serving.
