Bean seasoning is used in the preparation of the Georgian national dish lobio. The ingredients – ground coriander, ground red pepper and ground urad suneli – will make cooking any dish quicker and easier.
The natural ingredients provide fullness and expressiveness of flavour and bring out and accentuate all the flavour nuances of lobio. The word lobio has two meanings in Georgian: green beans and the name of the dish of the same name.
Legend has it that the Georgian Queen Tamara first tasted it when she and her army knocked on the door of an almost dilapidated hut where they could only offer her spicy beans. Queen Tamara was impressed by its richness and delicious taste. Upon returning home, she requested the addition of spiced beans to her palace menu. Since then, lobio has enjoyed great popularity and recognition around the world.

Storage: minimum temperature +5-25 °C. Moisture content not more than 72 %.
