After tasting this simple meal, queen Tamara was amazed by its satiety and exquisite taste and on her way back home, she requested adding the beans with spices to the palace menu. Since then, lobio kept gaining recognition and popularity.

These spices  have a sharp and bright aroma which is typical for most recipes of Georgian cuisine. They are rich in vitamins and trace elements.
