A premium Georgian chacha made from grape pomace using traditional methods from the Kakheti region. After fermentation in underground clay kvevri amphorae, it is distilled in copper vessels and aged for 12 months in oak barrels. This process gives the spirit a golden color, subtle oak notes, and a rich, harmonious character. Made from Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grape varieties using the traditional Georgian kvevri method.
We recommend serving chilled at 2–6 °C, ideally with freshly grated ginger to enhance its complex flavor.
