Churchkhela with walnuts is a unique and entirely natural delicacy, traditionally made from walnuts, grape juice and flour. Only the finest roasted walnuts and top-quality grapes are used in production – the grape juice is boiled down to a thicker, sweeter consistency, and walnuts threaded onto a string are then repeatedly dipped into the thickened grape juice until a layer about 1.5–2 cm thick forms, after which the whole thing is dried for two weeks. The result is a unique sweetness with a distinctive fruity flavour and a crunchy core, free of dyes, preservatives and synthetic additives. It pairs wonderfully with tea, coffee, wine, and even cheese – complementing their flavour rather than overpowering it. Churchkhela is also known as the Georgian “snickers.”

Rkatsiteli grape juice – 50% (concentrated grape juice – 65%, water – 35%), walnuts – 42%, wheat flour, grade 1 – 8%. May contain traces of hazelnuts. Contains sulphites.
