Tvishi is a wine for lovers of light, fruity white wines with natural sweetness — no added sugar, just fermentation stopped by cooling at exactly the point when the Tsolikouri grapes reach their most harmonious sugar-acid balance. Three bottles offer the ideal intimate format for getting to know its characteristic flavour of banana, quince, and peach, on its own or paired with food.
