Nena Tkemali Red 540 ml – great-value set of 5 bottles
Tkemali holds the same place in Georgia that ketchup holds elsewhere – except it tastes like real food. The red variant is made from ripe mirabelle plums, boiled down, sieved and blended with crushed garlic, coriander, dill and chilli peppers. The result is rounder, sweet-and-sour and richer – thicker and fuller-bodied than the green variant.
