Telavuri, named after the historic town of Telavi, comes from the renowned Alazani River valley in Kakheti. Its base is Saperavi, complemented by other local varieties. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks is halted by chilling at the moment of ideal balance between natural sweetness and structure.
