The brandy is made from selected Georgian white grapes that undergo careful fermentation followed by distillation. The ageing itself takes place over three years in oak barrels under ideal conditions that encourage a deep aromatic profile. The result is a golden distillate with a harmonious flavour, soft texture and elegant woody notes – vanilla, dried fruit, spice and a light touch of caramel. Its smooth flavour with no harsh edges will please even those who don’t usually reach for stronger spirits.

How to serve?
