Sarajishvili VS is blended from distillates made from grapes grown in different Georgian wine regions, the oldest of which aged up to 10 years. The Sarajishvili brand was founded back in 1887 as the “Tbilisi Brandy Factory”, and its very first batches of brandy won gold medals at international exhibitions – to this day the brand holds more than 200 awards. The flavour of VS is soft yet intense – vanilla, dried apricots and honey, with a mild, slightly spicy finish touched with pepper.

How to serve?

• Serve neat, at room temperature, in a brandy glass.
• Pairs wonderfully with aged cheeses, dried apricots and honey.
