Shahnazaryan Pomegranate wine sweet – 6-bottle case of Armenian pomegranate wine
The family-run Shahnazaryan house is based in Yeghvard near Yerevan, in a region with nearly 6,000 years of winemaking history, surrounded by 7th- and 14th-century temples at the foot of Mount Arailer. The wine is made exclusively from freshly pressed pomegranates, to European production standards, with quality overseen by the company’s own laboratory.

Tasting profile
- Colour: deep reddish-brown, almost pomegranate.
- Nose: ripe pomegranate, cherry, forest fruit.
- Palate: soft, a sweet-sour balance with gentle tannin and a hint of chocolate, finishing long and refreshing.
Serving recommendations
- Serve lightly chilled at 14–16 °C.
- Pairs beautifully with cheese, roasted meat, poultry, nuts and chocolate desserts.
- Equally good as a stand-alone aperitif. For comparison, try the semi-sweet Shahnazaryan pomegranate wine.
