Sarajishvili XO – brandy created on the basis of classic recipes and composed of the oldest wine distillates occupies an important place among the products signed by the name of David Sarajishvili.

This type of brandy is made from a combination of more than 15 different distillates, the oldest of which are over 30 years old.

Grapes for this cognac are harvested in the eastern and western regions of the country. Sarajishvili XO cognac is kept in wooden barrels for at least three years. At the beginning of their journey, white grapes have to undergo double distillation after which they mature for a certain time. We can say that the history of this cognac’s production began in 1884. The enterprise began to develop rapidly and it quickly became a full-fledged cognac monopoly in the Russian Empire.
