This delicious blend combines wild apple from the Kakheti region, aromatic orange peel, lemon, wild pear and rosehip from the mountain regions with rich notes of forest fruits. The result is a perfectly balanced tea with a refreshing, slightly tart taste and a pleasant sweetness of fruit.

How to prepare the perfect cup?

1. Pour 1-2 teaspoons of the mixture per 250 ml of water into a tea strainer or teapot.
2. Pour in boiling water (100 °C).
3. Leave to infuse for 7-10 minutes to develop a full fruit flavour.
4. Serve neat or with a drizzle of honey for a subtle sweetness.

Loose tea Forest Fruits brings a more intense flavour than the portioned versions. Great for serving as a hot drink in winter or as a refreshing iced tea in summer – just leave to cool after infusion, add ice and lemon slices.
