The Rkatsiteli grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness, and fermentation in stainless steel tanks is halted by rapid chilling so the wine keeps its natural residual sugar. Three bottles of this wine are the ideal introduction for anyone looking for an uncomplicated, approachable white wine with pleasant sweetness.
