Georgian Green Ajika is a traditional, thick seasoning paste that perfectly combines the spiciness of green chili peppers, the intense aroma of fresh coriander, and distinctive Georgian spices. Unlike red ajika, the green variety is slightly fresher, wilder, and more herb-forward.
Just a single teaspoon will fill your kitchen with the rich aromas of Georgia. It is crafted according to a traditional recipe, completely free from any artificial preservatives.
Ingredients: Green pepper, coriander, salt, garlic, utskho suneli (blue fenugreek), vegetable oil, Georgian saffron (marigold). May contain traces of celery.
