Sarajishvili TIKHARI walnut brandy – tasting trio of 3 bottles
Tikhari is the result of many years of laboratory work at the Sarajishvili plant in Tbilisi. The base is a distillate made from Lalvari and Rkatsiteli grapes, grown in Georgian vineyards in the Kakheti region, to which a key ingredient is added – walnut partition extract, which gives the drink its unique flavour and aroma. It ages for at least 5 years in oak barrels. The flavour is sweet-sour with deep barrel notes – sweet fortified wine, cherry, delicate hints of nuts and a pinch of cinnamon, with raisins, propolis, cherry juice and a light touch of tobacco in the finish.

- Aged at least 5 years in oak barrels.

How to serve?
- Serve neat, at room temperature, or lightly chilled.
- Pairs wonderfully with churchkhela and nut desserts, dried fruit or dark chocolate.
