TIKHARI is the result of many years of laboratory work at the Sarajishvili plant in Tbilisi on the production of high-quality alcohol, which is the soaking of dried partitions from the inside of a walnut.
The basis of alcohol is wheat, but the effect is like aged cognac! Sweet aroma, sweet grapes, sweet fortified wine, cherry, light and pleasant note of nuts, a pinch of cinnamon.
The taste is sweet and sour, dry nutty, deep barrel notes, like whiskey from fortified wine barrels, cherry juice, blueberries. Cake, dry aftertaste – cherry juice, raisins, propolis, notes of oak, light tobacco, good brandy.
