Marani ROSE SAPERAVI – 6-bottle case of dry rosé from Kakheti
Marani Rose Saperavi shows the Saperavi variety in its lightest and most elegant light. The grapes are hand-picked at the moment of optimum freshness, and after a short skin maceration that gives the wine its delicate colour, fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures of 16–18°C. This process in steel is key to preserving the delicate aromatics and crisp freshness expected from a dry rosé.
