From the artisanal Asadeli Winery comes an elegant expression of Chinuri, a white dry wine crafted using the UNESCO-recognized traditional Georgian method in clay Qvevri. While Georgia is famous for its bold reds, Asadeli Chinuri proves that Georgian white (amber) wines possess a unique depth, complexity, and a profound mineral character that is truly world-class.

By fermenting and aging the wine in handcrafted clay vessels buried underground, Asadeli Winery imparts a distinctive structure to the Chinuri grape. This process results in a “living” wine with a light amber hue, soft tannins, and a complexity that stainless steel simply cannot replicate. Produced without filtration and with total respect for nature, this bottle is a pure reflection of the Georgian soil.

Chinuri: The “Authentic” Grape

The name Chinuri (also known as Chinebuli) stems from the Georgian word “chini,” meaning pure, true, or authentic. This ancient variety from the Kartli region is prized for its high natural acidity and elegance.
