By fermenting and aging the wine in handcrafted clay vessels buried underground, Asadeli Winery imparts a distinctive structure to the Chinuri grape. Produced without filtration and with total respect for nature, this bottle is a pure reflection of the Georgian soil.

Chinuri: The “Authentic” Grape

The name Chinuri (also known as Chinebuli) stems from the Georgian word “chini,” meaning pure, true, or authentic. This ancient variety from the Kartli region is prized for its high natural acidity and elegance.
