New edition of Georgian brandy, five-year distillates.
Sweet, pleasant aroma – raisins, dried apricots, dried pears, apples, slightly nuts, plum in vinegar. The taste is surprisingly dry – tobacco, leather. This is what connoisseurs appreciate Sarajishvili barrels for, no vanilla, but high nutness, the uniqueness of the wood in which these Caucasian brandies mature. Warming finish, alcoholic, tart – tobacco, plums and raisins, walnuts.
Considering the relatively young age – six years in barrels – the impression is surprisingly positive. Compared to the classic version of VS – it is more tart and dry, less nuts and dried fruits, it is also much more complex than the five-star version.
