Marani RKATSITELI – 6-bottle case of a light dry wine made European-style

Rkatsiteli is Georgia’s most widespread white variety, grown in the Kakheti region, where it has formed the backbone of local winemaking for centuries. The variety stands out for its bright citrus notes, which blend with a delicate acidity and leave a fresh, balanced impression on the palate. The grapes are hand-picked at optimum ripeness, destemmed, cooled to 4–6°C and gently pressed with a pneumatic press. The settled clear juice slowly ferments in stainless steel tanks under strict temperature control at 15–18°C. After fermentation, the wine is racked into another tank for further maturation and is usually bottled only several months after harvest. Alongside this classic version, we also offer Rkatsiteli made using the traditional Georgian qvevri method.
