Old Kakheti Chacha Classic 45%
An authentic Georgian spirit made using traditional methods from the Kakheti region. This chacha is produced by distilling grape pomace (skins, seeds, and stems of the Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane varieties), which has been previously fermented in underground clay vessels known as kvevri. The result is a strong yet exceptionally smooth distillate with a clean character and light fruity notes.
Serve ice-cold (2–6 °C), ideally with freshly grated ginger to enhance the flavor.
