Chacha is made by distilling grape pomace that first ferments in qvevri buried in the ground. The result is a strong yet remarkably smooth distillate with a clean character and light fruity notes.
- Traditional qvevri method, Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grapes.
- 45% ABV, 0.5 l.
- Energy value 1012 kJ / 253 kcal per 100 ml, carbohydrates 0.2 g.
How to serve?
- Serve ice-cold at 2–6°C.
