Set of 3 Bottles Old Kakheti Kindzmarauli – Semi-Sweet Red Wine from a Protected Appellation
Kindzmarauli is not just a name but a protected appellation. Only wine from Saperavi grown in the small Kindzmarauli micro-zone near Kvareli, beneath the slopes of the Greater Caucasus, may use it. Hot days and cool nights let the grapes build up plenty of natural sugar. Three bottles in the set are handy for dessert evenings, visits from friends or as a sweet gift.
The semi-sweet character comes without any added sweetening. Fermentation is gently interrupted by cooling, leaving 18–45 g/l of grape sugar in the wine – sweet, yet fresh and easy to drink.

Serving
